Demonstration listing, not a real host
clicktoreserve.com
Reserve the place. Keep the price honest.
A portal for a place you already rent. Paste the description and calendar you use on Airbnb or VRBO, publish, and guests pay you the rate on the listing. There is no booking commission, and this site does not take or process that payment.
No cut
Example stays, marked as such
Cards tagged Example are invented so you can try the map, a calendar, and a quote. The names, photos, and reviews are demonstration data, not real hosts. A listing without that tag is a host’s own place.
01
Search the map
Filter by town, dates, price, beds, pets, and amenities. Move the map and the list follows.
02
Request the dates
A request blocks the calendar immediately. The host confirms, and the trip shows up for both of you.
03
Pay the host directly
The total is nights plus cleaning. The Click to Reserve line stays at zero. The guest pays the host. This site does not run the card payment.
For hosts
List the place you already rent.
You already wrote the description, and another site already knows which nights are booked. Copy that text, paste the calendar link, and publish. Guests request the dates. You confirm. They pay you. Click to Reserve adds no commission and does not process the stay.
- You keep the nightly rate and cleaning fee you set.
- Publishing is free while guest payments stay off this site.
- Imported busy nights, manual blocks, and requests close one calendar.
01
Paste the description
Copy the listing text you already published on Airbnb or VRBO into the host form. It suggests a title, a guest count, and amenities, and you edit them before saving. Nothing is fetched from those sites.
02
Paste the calendar link
Paste the iCal address from Airbnb or VRBO. Booked nights import, and a nightly sync keeps them current. Reservations made here export on their own link. Imported events are not sent back, so the calendars do not loop.
03
Publish the booking with no cut
The guest total is nights plus cleaning. That amount is the host payout while commission is zero. This site does not charge a card for the stay and does not hold the money.
